At LINNI, every order is carefully packed and shipped from our London studio. Because each piece is handcrafted, please allow 1–3 business days for processing before dispatch.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • United Kingdom: Free | 1–5 business days

  • Europe: £15 | 5–12 business days

  • Rest of the World: £28 | 5–17 business days (depending on destination)

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery at any time.

Customs & Duties

  • UK Orders: No customs or duty fees.

  • Europe & International Orders: Please note that customs charges, duty fees, and taxes may apply depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot cover or refund parcels returned due to unpaid customs fees.

International Orders

If a package is not collected within 14 days and is returned to LINNI, we reserve the right to charge for the full cost of shipping plus any additional return or processing fees.
